Interview
Reached out to analyst about summer recruitment. Set up time call. The call was full of awkwardness. At first the interviewer didn't introduce another interviewer on the line. After a few questions the anonymous interviewer coughed, which reminded the guy in which I was talking to introduce his colleague. After the awkward introduction that should of occurred at the beginning of the call, there was awkward pauses and stumbles on the behalf of the interviewer. Towards the end, both interviewers realized how unstructured the call was and didn't want to stick around for small talk.
