Got contacted by a recuiter for their Asia NPL focused investment team. They are looking for someone with strong modelling skills with experience in at least one of the following areas: NPL, real estate or credit / leverage finance
Went to meet the MD, half fit questions half technical, depending on your background. I can from a levfin background so my questions were centered around credit analysis. I had to take extra steps to show my interest in real estate
