Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was not your typical phone/campus interview, then final office visit progression. Three rounds of office visits over the course of about 2 weeks. Met with probably 25 people in total, from all levels. Got all kinds of questions, from standard fit and technicals to drilling down on details of deals listed in resume - even got the "Why should I hire you?" question. It was probably the most intense interview process I've been through. Prepare for the technicals so you can nail them, and know your resume and story inside and out. Also need to have a very good understanding of finance and private equity, as they will ask you technical-type questions that really aren't really covered in any of the interview guides. Office was nice, and people seemed pretty easy to get along with.
