First interview: A call with HR focused on my background, motivation for applying, availability, and general fit with the company.
Second interview: A technical and behavioral interview with a senior team member, covering my previous experience, finance knowledge, valuation concepts, and interest in investment banking.
Third interview: An in-person interview with a senior banker, which was more in-depth and focused on technical questions, deal experience, problem-solving, and assessing whether I would fit within the team.
