IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
Very reasonable timeframe. I was told they were undergoing restructuring at the time, so the process overall took a bit longer than normal. First round is with someone out of "talent acquisition". I was asked one pseudo-technical question relating to a previous point I brought up about past experiences, but most other questions were strictly behavioral and to get to know you more as a person. Afterwards, if you are deemed a "pass", you will receive an email for a quantitative test which is a walk in the park if you know basic mathematics. 50 questions, 15 minutes (CCAT). If you get a satisfactory score on the test, then you will have a final superday consisting of interviews with 4 different people, mine were all MD's/Directors, 30 minutes each, 2 behavioral and 2 technical interviews. The last interview had the most technical questions, but was still only basic fraction/decimal multiplication and division. You are allowed to take notes and do math on the paper as well. Overall I was very pleased with the interview and had a great time talking to all individuals throughout all of my interviews.
Interview Questions
Unexpected: Teach me about something you recently learned in class (doesn't have to be related to the field of finance)

Most Difficult: Currency exchange math problems, expected value/decision analysis. (Short, simple addition, multiplication, elementary business logic)

Other notable questions: If you could either get 1 million now, or 1,030,000 one year from now, which would you choose and why?

Pretty standard process. Screening with HR as first round, superday followed. Superday was three 30 minute interviews. Two were entirely behavioral, one was pretty technical but in an odd way; it was almost like working through a case. Nothing too specific about interest rate management, just know basic IB techs.
