Pretty standard process. Screening with HR as first round, superday followed. Superday was three 30 minute interviews. Two were entirely behavioral, one was pretty technical but in an odd way; it was almost like working through a case. Nothing too specific about interest rate management, just know basic IB techs.

Interview
On Campus Video Interview, mostly behavioral questions about resume and fit. Describe what Chatham does to someone who is not a finance major.
Interview Questions
Questions about resume and behavioral fit questions. Mostly wanted to know why I was interested in the company and what experience I had in finance and risk management. Decently easy interview overall especially If you know about hedging for risk and financial derivatives. I would recommend coming in prepared to talk about what Chatham does and why your background is a good fit for the culture. From what I gather it's pretty laid back and not super professional atmosphere. Be prepared for fit questions.

Interview
I initially met people from the firm at a career fair on campus at which time I did not really find the company very interesting. They came back, though, and had a session about risk management which I attended. At the session they went into more detail about what they do and it seemed like it might be a decent option for my sophomore summer. I asked them if they took sophomores as interns and they said it shouldn't be an issue, so I applied online to their post.

A couple weeks later I got an email to sign up for an interview slot on "xx" day. The slots were for 30 minutes on campus. The two interviewers were a VP and the Chief People Officer. Both super nice..
