Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty standard process. Screening with HR as first round, superday followed. Superday was three 30 minute interviews. Two were entirely behavioral, one was pretty technical but in an odd way; it was almost like working through a case. Nothing too specific about interest rate management, just know basic IB techs.
