Very long process.
Phone interview with HR
Called in to field office next day: Math assessment (45 min), 2 visual accuracy tests (3 min ea), interview with two team members at the field office
Called back into field office (3 days for call/ 10 days for meeting): 5 45 minute interview in groups of two in person and with corporate via video conference. 30 minutes on the trading floor, lunch for about an hour and a half.
Very friendly people, awesome culture that is ethics driven. You need to be personable, but you need to know your stuff about interest rate swaps and be on the ball for brain teasers.
