Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred to by a current employee at Chevron to begin the process. I had an initial phone interview in the Fall of my Senior year at college, which consisted mainly of behavioral questions and a few technical questions. The second interview was in San Ramon and I met with 3 different Finance Managers, lasting about a half day total. I was then given an offer in about 2 weeks after interviewing, which I accepted.
