Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submited my applicaiton online and got an e-mail inviting me to their offices for the recruiting process a few months later.
We all gathered at their offices in London. We were around 20 people that day, but I know there were at least 2 other rounds. Very impressive location, with lots of amenities and a very friendly environment. They gave us a series of numerical tests that we had to complete very quickly.
About 30% of the people there came from Cambridge.
They were all guys.
After the tests they showed us their offices, gave us some drinks and one of the traders showed us what the 6 screens he had in his desk were for.
