Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with online assessment. After passing the assessment I was invited to the one way video interview where you are prompted questions on the spot and told to answer and record. After this was the on campus interview with two alums. Then invited to super day in Chicago consisting of half a day of trading simulation exercise and half a day of interviews, with a total of 6 one on one interviews
