What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. You need to finish a 3-hour assessment test including econ, law, and finance related questions. It requires 2 devices for video surviliance.
2. If you pass it, you will receive the interviews. The interview is one round and in person. You will go to the office in group of 2-3 in total, and those people will ask questions. Mainly are motivation and behaviorals, but technical exists such as valuation methods and so on.
If you pass it, you will go to a virtual info session and prepare to start work for the investment banking summer internship.
