Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My interview experience was very different than most. I was interviewed by a very strict/intimidating woman. At the start of the interview, she wouldn't shake my hand (due to bacteria/flue season), no eye contact or welcoming tone of voice. The interview was generally all behavioural and was focused on myself and my experiences. After explaining as best I could about what I have done in the past, she critiqued me and said "I don't think you know what you are talking about".
Overall, worst interview experience ever.
