1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a round online with an associate and a director. They asked basic questions on behaviourals (the usual), and questions on finance concepts such as describing bond vs stock.
There was then an in person day with 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. Both of these had 2 directors from different desks.
