I meet a couple campus recruiters at a job fair and applied online. They sent me an email saying that I have been accepted for the next round. I went in for my interview, was one of a couple sophomores that made the first round of interviews. I believe that is the reason why I did not get called back. The overall process was straight forward. I did not think they we being unfair at any point. Now, about the interview. It was an average interview. I read some online guides before, but I could have prepared a lot more. The person interviewing me ask about the club sport I play in college, that started off the interview. He did not ask me any very difficult technical questions. That is pretty much it. When I got my email saying that I was not getting asked back, I got an email from on of the campus recruiters saying I basically did not get asked back due to me being only a sophomore.
