Investment Banking Analyst - Diversified Industries and TMT

I was referred to this job by an employee who was on his way out of the bank. Not too sure how many interviews they did but there was an online posting made and first round interviews were spread across 3 days, followed by second round the week after. First round interview was your standard technical interview with 2 directors. After the first round, I was invited for a second round of interviews which lasted 3 hours as I was interviewed by every single associate and above in the team, normally in a 2-on-1 setting. My initial impression of the people was positive as they were pretty friendly and for the most part, seemed relatively laid-back.
