Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a referral from a current employee and spoke with traders and salespeople in the Fixed Income group. Spoke with Ds and MDs. Overall interview was straightforward and a lot of questions focused on outlook of Interest Rates in the U.S (i.e. FED policy). Very few questions on any options structure. One or two challenging questions on potential outlook on how U.S. commodities market might change in 10 to 20 years and how that would benefit S&T. Well organized process and very efficient/clear communication from HR.
