1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very small office, interview process lasted 1 week. (Mon-Fri) 1st interview with 2 MDs, very qualitative and based off resume almost entirely. 2nd interview 2 days later with two half-hour interviews with two salespeople/traders in each. Some markets based questions, no technicals, mostly qualitative and fit questions. Great culture.
