What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round on Teams with Director, Capital Markets. Lasted 30 minutes, with last 10 for questions. Asked about resume, why CIBC, what makes you interested in this job, past experience working in a team or a leadership experience. Interviewer confirmed near the end that I would get a second round. Got invited for the next round two days later. Second round was also on Teams and was with an Executive Director, identical format to the last interview. Last round was a 15-20 minute phonecall with HR.
