Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through a campus-recruiting process at a target school. First round consisted of a resume drop. After being selected I did a first round interview on-campus, in-person with an MD and Analyst. Then after proceeding to the next round, it was the superday where I went in person to the office. It consisted of two interview panels - all with MDs and Directors. The questions were a blend of technicals and behaviourals for the first round. For the superday it was primarily behavioural and market focused questions.
