Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First contact was via a networking event where you had 30 minutes to make yourself stand out to employees. There were 25 candidates invited and they only chose to interview 6. After this, you were called in for two 30 minute interviews with 2 employees. Typically they were mid-level employees. The final round consisted of an interview with 5 MDs which lasted around an hour. The interviews were fairly relaxed and more focused on fit than on technicals.
