Had two associate interviewers at the same time. Used to be back to back 1 on 1 interviews in the past. People get invited to different numbers of interviews between 1-3 for the first round with EIT, M&A and diversified teams.
The successful candidates will be invited to a second round in the following week.
Started with self-intro of the interviewers, then some typical behaviourals on CV, why IB. Then moved to behaviourals. Mostly IB 400 questions on accounting, LBO, and what teams are you interested in.
