Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First there was a phone interview with a 2nd year Analyst. Half technical (DCF, WACC, Unlevered/Levered beta) and half fit (with specific focus on why banking). A week later was notified of Superday. Superday consisted of 3 back to back interviews. 1 with an Analyst and Recruiter, 1 with an MD and Analyst, 1 with a VP and Associate. First one is fit (again...why banking and skills needed for banking), one is technical, and one is a "general getting to know you."
