Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with completing a few coffee chats with alumni from my school who were confident enough in myself to perform well and gave me referrals/pushed me along in the process. After I applied online a few weeks later I was invited to a first round interview which was online. It was a primarily technical interview, but had a behavioral or two thrown in there (TMAY/why CIBC). Did well enough in that interview to get invited to the super day which happened in the Toronto office and they were a complete mix in terms of content. Some were mostly behavioral, others were a mix of technical and behavioral, and some just felt like coffee chats with the higher ups (MDs). I heard back a day later after the superday with a phone call which gave me the offer. Overall in terms of the people everyone was super open to helping, can't comment too much on the office or culture as I haven't started yet.
