Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied to Cinven via an online job posting site. After the CV screening, I got called back for an interview. First part was a 40min case study on a healthcare company in Central Europe. I was given the latest annual report and a set of task to be completed via Excel and to be presented on PowerPoint. Then I had a 1:1 interview with an associated (c. 1h) both technical on the case study and motivation about my previous experiences and motivations to join Cinven. Overall, it has been a positive experience and it had not been extremely difficult
