Operations intern

The interview was a one-on-one Zoom interview and felt pretty intense. They really expect you to know a lot about the firm before even diving into questions about your interest in the role. A big part of the interview focused on behavioral questions and testing whether you understood the firm’s overall operations. They also asked if I clearly understood the role and why I was interested in it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it was definitely intense because they dig deep and expect you to come in very prepared.
