Interview

Had two interviews in total and then rejected. First interview was very detailed and asked a lot of technical questions. Probability, confidence intervals, market questions, Expected Values and stock pitch. Second interviewer was a bit offbeat and asked only two questions in an hour. The first interview was a great experience even though I was grilled. The second one was extremely weird and I don't know how he made his decision based on such irrelevant questions. Overall a fast process and they're quick in getting back to you. Great HR

Interview

Citadel is ultra competitive. I had a recruiter reach out and schedule some tests to be done online including Wonderlic which was quite difficult. I then had an HR style interview with someone working on the business development side

Interview Questions

Wonderlic test was quite challenging - 50 questions in 12 mins or so. I was also asked to pitch a stock almost on the spot.

Interview

The interview process started with 2 phone interviews consisting of short leetcode medium questions and a lot of casual conversation about general topics. The on-site consisted of 2 rounds of standard leetcode questions (heaps, graphs) and 1 round with a reasonable system design question related to trading software. Some rounds were also very conversational.

Interview Questions

There was a leetcode hard question that is very hard to do if you don’t have it memorized but it’s a fairly famous question. It’s a question that’s also not extensible beyond the question itself. The rest of the questions were leetcode mediums or easy-medium system design.

Interview

I submitted my resume online and got an interview. It was tough. They asked a question about derivatives and I told them I didn't have any background in finance so I couldn't answer it, which probably immediately disqualified me. There was also a behavioral part which was pretty standard.

Interview Questions

Three options are exactly the same, except that one has an expiration date of one month, the second has an expiration date of two months, and the third has an expiration date of four months. Which one has the highest gamma?
