Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 Mostly technical interviews. Basic introductory behaviorals - tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume. 1 medium-hard quant math question and a simple market making question (possibly related to math). Also tests mental math - overall very fair interview process. Ends in a Superday with some group interviews and personal interviews that altogether take about 6 hrs.
