Investor relations specialist

The interview process began with an on campus event where I met 2 recruiters and was told more about the job, after showing interest I was called by hr and conducted a phone interview which lasted about 15 mins and mainly focused on my past experience, what the job entails and some behavioural questions. This was followed up with a group orientation for new graduates with around 20 candidates and I was interviewed by 2 senior managers. The interview was heavily based on behavioural questions which was followed by a situational test based on prioritization strategies and then an excel test. I was presented with a job offer within 2 weeks of my in person interview.
