The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied online through LinkedIn and received an email 2 months later from their recruiter asking to book a phone screen. Had a 15 minute phone screen 3 days later where they asked when I was graduating, how many hours a week I can work during the co-op, and where I wanted to work. The recruiter then booked the final interview with an engineering manager for the team the position is in. The final interview was held 1 week after the phone screen, and was 45 minutes. The interviewer went over my resume, asked easy technical and behavioural questions. The interviewer said to expect a response within a month, but they haven't given me an update since.

Interview
I applied both through a general job portal AND directly via email after calling the company directly for an email contact. Sent CV and cover letter, got email reply the next day. HR was kind and helpful, including topics that I should read up on to prepare for the test & interview. Test duration 1 hour, but I had a little more time that that to check. HR marks it on the spot: if you passed it, you will move on to an interview, otherwise I think further review might have been needed, depending on how much you missed in the test. Interview process was pleasant: they gave me more information about the firm and role than they asked me questions.
Interview Questions
Your past experience have so far been very different. Why do you want to work here?
Do you think you can work on a late shift and overtime whenever needed?
Would working on public holidays be a problem?
You are not allowed to bring work home, and given that our client is in another country, you may need to come into work on a weekend - would this be alright?
This job is pretty routine, would you be okay with it?
What are your career goals in the next 3-5 years? Do you see yourself still in this firm, role or in a different company or different department here?

Interview
The interview process began with an on campus event where I met 2 recruiters and was told more about the job, after showing interest I was called by hr and conducted a phone interview which lasted about 15 mins and mainly focused on my past experience, what the job entails and some behavioural questions. This was followed up with a group orientation for new graduates with around 20 candidates and I was interviewed by 2 senior managers. The interview was heavily based on behavioural questions which was followed by a situational test based on prioritization strategies and then an excel test. I was presented with a job offer within 2 weeks of my in person interview.
Interview Questions
Not very difficult mainly behavioural questions based on how you handle situations.

How did you handle conflicting due dates while working and studying and explain a situation when you had to manage your time to complete both deliverables or prioritize one deliverable and push the other. What was the reason for prioritizing your deliverable over the other?
