Interview
First round phone interview with 2 alums, then Superday with roughly 20 people from the firm. Mostly group interviews with 1-3 people from the firm. Not super technical, more concerned with fit. Have "guiding principles" or something like that, so each interview has a theme surrounding each one. I don't remember them all but I think they appear on the website, definitely check those out before you interview and have anecdotes for each. Heard back about two weeks after SD.
Interview Questions
Nothing too difficult or unexpected. Techs were simple, just use interview guides. Spend most of your time on the "guiding principles" and make sure you have a strong and well rehearsed anecdote for each.

Phone Interview
Interview
I submitted my resume through my school's job website and a MD called me over the phone. The secretary did all of the scheduling.
Interview Questions
This first phone interview was behavioral only. There weren't any unexpected or difficult questions. The first question revolved around my strengths and weaknesses and why investment banking. They also asked about why I decided to apply to this company. They also asked me to walk me through my resume and talk about the work experience I had. Another question was about school and what class I enjoyed the most. This phone interview was more of a chat to get to know me better than a technical interview.

Interview
I cold emailed the MD of Clearsight. He called back and talked a little about my background, and what I'm looking for. I said I just graduated from a master's degree and I was looking for either full time or internship. He said an intern just left the firm so he might need someone to help out. So he scheduled a time for an office
visit.

Their location is not bad, a lot of companies there. I actually like the office there, because it's so close to the parking garage. So during the office visit, he asked some very standard questions. Why investment banking? What part of investment banking do you like? What are other corporate valuation methods other than DCF? How do I value a high growth tech company? And talk about your internship. It lasted about only 30 minutes. I don't think the interview is too hard. If you prepare well it's not that hard to get the internship position, though it's unpaid. They're also looking for someone with 2-3 experience.

I didn't get the offer maybe because I was late for the interview, and my presentation might not be that good (i.e., not looking passionate)
Interview Questions
No really difficult questions. But I wasn't sure how to value high tech companies (how to determine the discount rate for them).

Very detail oriented firm, will grill you on technicals, best to start with lower level guys when networking and working your way up to the top. Overall, seemed like a bunch of very knowledgeable guys that new their stuff.
Interview Questions
What is a DCF and can you walk me through building one? A DCF is a method of valuing a project, company, or asset using the concepts of the time value of money. All future cash flows are estimated and discounted to their present values.
What is the CAPM model? The Capital asset pricing model is used to determine a theoretically appropriate required rate of return of an asset, if that asset is to be added to an already-diversified portfolio.
