Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round phone interview with 2 alums, then Superday with roughly 20 people from the firm. Mostly group interviews with 1-3 people from the firm. Not super technical, more concerned with fit. Have "guiding principles" or something like that, so each interview has a theme surrounding each one. I don't remember them all but I think they appear on the website, definitely check those out before you interview and have anecdotes for each. Heard back about two weeks after SD.
