Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a 2-on-1 interview with an analyst and an associate, only behavioural questions on myself. Let me know in a couple of days I have progressed to the Superday - it consists of 6 30-minute interviews with company's seniors, 5 behavioral and 1 technical. Each interview supposedly focused on one of their core values, but I only felt it in the team-focused interview, where they asked a lot of situational questions about prior experience. Technical questions were about my prior experience and financial stuff connected to it, checked my intuition on a couple of accounting / valuation things, nothing too difficult.
