Summer Analyst

First round was a 2-on-1 in person interview. Not sure if this is because I come from a target school with lots of alumni at the firm - there could be online screenings in other cases. Was invited to the Superday <48 hours after first interview. Superday was in-person in the Mclean, VA office. It consisted of 6 2-on-1 interviews. 5/6 were behavioral (all asked the typical questions: "why IB," "why Clearsight," etc.) 1/6 was behavioral. Most complicated question was a word problem with a $10 change in some income stmt line item and its effects on the other statements.
