I applied online (by just emailing my resume, cover letter). I received a notice that I had been extended a first round interview. The first interview (by phone) consisted of a brief fit question (tell me about yourself, why did you choose your school, what do you outside of the lab) and a case question. The case question was about determining the market for a drug made for a rare disease. The case question was pretty straightforward -- if you just go online to the ClearView site and look at the practice cases, that should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

I didn't realize there was a second round interview until I received an email that I had been selected for the second round. The format of the second round was pretty similar, except the second interviewer was a little harder to please. I felt like it didn't go well, but about 2 weeks later I got a notice that I had been accepted for the program.
