Took forever to hear back, first round was 30 min and had some behaviorals and a short case. Why clearview, walk through resume, what’s something in biopharma that interests you were the questions asked. Case was market sizing.

Didn’t expect any behaviorals first round. All fairly straightforward but hardest was “what’s a biopharma topic that interests you?”

Interview
Initial interview consists of a phone screen with general competency questions along with a life sciences case study. The following stage is an in person interview which consists of 1 to 1 interviews with four different people in a similar format to the first stage.
Interview Questions
The competency questions were fairly straightforward. They were mainly used to ease you through the process. The interviewer seemed nice and easy going but also professional. The toughest question was the case itself which basically involved a significant quantitative component as well as a qualitative component. I would recommend practising mental mathematics as with interviews at other consulting companies. The case itself followed a similar format to that on their website however this will not be case all the time.

Phone Interview
Interview
Applied online after speaking to recruiter about Consultant role. Heard back within 1 week for a scheduled phone interview with current Manager at ClearView HCP. HR was very accommodating, helping me set up an interview time that worked with my schedule. First round phone interview lasted approximately 1 hour, the first 15 minutes allowing for typical introductory conversation (who you are, why you are interested in the position, interviewer background, and some information on the position), followed by a 30 minute life sciences case, and room for questions at the end. Overall, the interviewer was friendly and professional. Interview experience was challenging, yet positive. Received on-site interview approximately 2 weeks after phone screen.
