Phone interview focused on building a market model for a disease rate looking at things like diagnosis rate, treatment rate, market share, etc. to get to final market population. Interview
Two interview rounds. First one is two interviews- one case and one behavioral. Case was a market sizing question for a potential drug (understand the tx rates, dx rates, segmentation etc for a disease to caclulate how many people could be treated with this product). Behavior was typical behavioral questions, one that threw me off was "Describe a time when someone gave you unexpected criticism/ feedback and how you reacted". Second round was a more complex strategy case and a scientific discussion (more behavioral like, they want to see you're interested in science and know at least a little bit about what you're talking about.
Interview Questions
"Describe a time you received unexpected criticism or feedback. Who gave this feedback, what were they criticizing, and how did you react? Do you wish you handled this differently?"

It's a case-based interview process with 2-3 rounds along with a 'FIT' interview round. The cases are specifically oriented in the healthcare and life-science domain - so some knowledge or background of this kind is necessary to do great on these cases.
Interview Questions
The 'FIT' questions sometimes can throw you off. For example, what is your weakness and how does it affect your work-life.

Didn’t expect any behaviorals first round. All fairly straightforward but hardest was “what’s a biopharma topic that interests you?”
