Interview process was fairly straight forward and well organized. Following submission of cover letter/CV online I went through two rounds of one hour phone interviews with newer consultants. Interviews were a mix of background (why life science consulting, why clearview) and a case component. The cases weren't overly difficult but did test your understanding of the biotech/pharma industry. You need to have some basic understanding of industry dynamics and won't do well strictly working a framework you learned somewhere. Sizing up opportunities is a big component. Third round interview was in office and consisted of 7 one-on-one with consultants and parters and also a one hour lunch with other candidates/consultants. Format in office was similar to over the phone. Time between interviews and hearing back was about one week on average.
