Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with phone interview with recruiting company - basic questions on my background and knowledge about CME.
Followed by one-day at the office, with 3 different interviews with HR, Team Head and team member, Senior managers and a lunch with two in the team.
Generally very basic questions on my knowledge about the company and on me as a person. They were definitely looking for a personality fit, rather than skills. It was made clear early on that I would learn on the job.
Most important thing during the whole process was to come across as a nice person.
