Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an initial phone call screen with a recruiter who passed along my resume to the hiring manager. I had my first round interview with the hiring manager via zoom which consisted of behavioural questions as well technical questions where I had to highlight my previous experience and how they tied into the role. Techinical questions were primarily about FX knowledge as well as some probability brain teasers. This was the hardest stage because my next conversations were with the executive and managing directors separately. These stages were mostly a cultural fit assessment
