Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via my school's career center. I had networked pretty well with the previous two years of analysts that went to my school. The process consisted of two sets of interviews, one on campus and the other at the Chicago office. The first round interview with HR was a breeze if you did any research on what CME does and any major industry trends. The next round they bring you in for about 6 1-1 interviews. They are entirely fit. Some people are dicks other people couldn't be nicer. The overall questions centered around how much you could see your self running the operations of CME. I would grade the interview as easy because no hard questions were asked, however they will cut to the chase and can judge how interested in their operations you are.
