The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
A 15-minute phone interview with HR consisting of a few behavioral questions and other general questions about my availabilities. The HR person was nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Then a 1 on 1 interview at their downtown office consisting of more behavioral questions and asking about my knowledge of different aspects of the company. Once again the interviewer (Finance Manager) was very easy going and it was a good environment.
Interview Questions
Most of the questions were very straightforward behavioral questions that I had prepared for ahead of time. This included questions such as what prior work experience would help you complete your responsibilities as a Finance intern and what is your availability like during the summer. They also asked more personal questions about the company to make sure I had done my due diligence, such as what was my favorite product?
Who have you talked to within the company and what did they tell you about what to expect from this position?

Interview
Applied online with an employee referral. Next step was receiving a phone screening, then a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview. Final interview will consist of STAR format questions followed by a mock sales pitch.
Interview Questions
Describe how you've been a leader in the past? Describe a situation where you disagreed with your manager?

The questions that are asked are pretty typical STAR questions that are asked broadly from any company that uses STAR. I would say the thing that threw me off the most was, at the end of my onsite interview, being asked to do a mock sales pitch. As position is an associate role in a leadership rotation program in Sales, you're expected to have somewhat fluent sales acumen, since you will be leading sales representatives among others after you complete your rotations.

They were all quite predictable and rather lame.
