Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A 15-minute phone interview with HR consisting of a few behavioral questions and other general questions about my availabilities. The HR person was nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Then a 1 on 1 interview at their downtown office consisting of more behavioral questions and asking about my knowledge of different aspects of the company. Once again the interviewer (Finance Manager) was very easy going and it was a good environment.
