Senior Consultant - CAAT (internal consulting)

Process took a few months - not for those looking to move quickly. Applied and heard back from a recruiter the next day. From there the process moved pretty slow/like there were lots of candidates. Had a phone interview followed by an interview day where I met with several members of management (Manager to Executive level). I must have been toward the end of the in-person interviews because I heard back relatively quickly that I was receiving an offer. They were willing to work with me on start date. Overall, the interview process was a couple months. My start was approximately four months from when I initially applied.

They did try to bump me down a level and I said no. They were fine with that.

Interview discussions were not too technical and emphasis was on "fit" from a culture/work ethic standpoint. I wish the amount of travel/work location situation would have been clarified more. Expect lots of travel. Unlike most firms, when you are home you must work in the office and cannot work from home.
