Finance Rotational Program

Started with a phone call from one of the recruiters, then a meeting for OCR. Then a "super day" type feel for 3 hours where you met 6-8 people, intervewing 1-2 people at a time. Very laid back interviews, wanted to learn more about why you're interested in banks, why corporate finance. Zero technicals, they mostly wanted to see if you're interested, could fit into their laid-back culture and talk sports with them. Pay was fairly low, but vacation time is great, and I negotiated for a signing bonus. They said hair follicle drug test, but it ended up being a urine one when I got to the clinic.
