My first interview was with the hr managers. They were friendly and they asked mostly for questions.
After that, I was granted two other interviews with a guy and a lady from a sales desk. They were interested in finding out my motivations for applying for this position and asked about what I knew about the financial markets as well - very standard s&t interview questions.
