Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was set up through email. Only one round interview was required by the bank. Had interview with group head and because it was located in China, interview was in half Chinese and half English. Although a German bank, no German is required to work in Shanghai. The interview lasted for 20 minutes and didn't feel too much pressure.
