Analyst, Capital Markets and Financing

Coffee chat -> recruiter call -> in-person interview. It started with someone I coffee chatted who works with the team that I'm applying to. It's a small, leaner team for debt financing, and activity seems pretty good for 2025. The recruiter was nice in general, but we didn't get into too much detail for our call. After that, I met with the hiring manager in-person in the Toronto office. Even though I wasn't selected in the end, I had a pleasant experience. They're usually very responsive and you would know if you're progressing in the process or not.
