Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 back-to-back interviews with two analysts. Both interviews are one-on-on and are half behavioral half case. The behavioral part is about normal questions such as why consulting, why cornerstone, tell me about a quantitative project you have done, tell me about your thesis. The case part is bit trickier but overall nothing you could prepare for. Review the recent cases on Cornerstone's website would be helpful. Heard back the next day I didn't get the second-round. At least they made it quick.
