Analyst

1st round is on campus, 2 back to back interviews with other analysts at the company. Second round is at the company (on site), multiple interviews (half a day) with analysts, associates, and managers. Third round is also half a day at the company, multiple interviews including one with the office head. All interviews with analysts, associates, and managers have some case interview component and behavioral question component. You will be asked about why you chose the firm, the industry, and to give examples of teamwork, communication, etc. There will also be questions about items on your resume, esp. if you list research-based jobs/internships. You might be asked about your thesis if it was a quantitative thesis. You might also be asked about examples of quantitative analyses you've done in the past.
