What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two rounds of interviews. First round had two interviews and second had four. Each interview was the same basic behavioral questions and an econ consulting case. Behavioral was: why econ consulting, why Cornerstone? Cases consisted of quick questions from interviewers about subjects like regression and statistical analysis. No extended answers really, mostly short and very interviewer led. Not much math.
